Emergency Exit Button

You will have noticed at the top of each page, there is an “Emergency Exit” button. When this button is clicked you will automatically be taken to the BBC Weather page.

The reason there is an emergency exit button is to create an element of safety for you the browser if you need it. As a service we are not just trauma aware but domestic violence & abuse aware.

Or it might simply be that you’re visiting the page at work or somewhere you don’t want others to know that you’re looking into therapy. After all this is about your journey.

Whatever the reason, we want you to know that your confidentiality is paramount.
